What are the steps to staging a home?

1. A Staging For You Professional Home Stager visits a property. During that visit they perform a walk-thru evaluation and provides a proposal with a variety of solutions for the seller's consideration that works with any budget.
2. The listing Agent, Seller & Home Stager agree on the staging date.
3. A Staging for You team visits the Seller's property and stages it in typically one full day, depending on the size of the property.
4. The Listing Agent markets, shows and sells the property!
5. Prior to closing, Staging for You removes all furnishings and accessories.

How much will staging cost me?
In most cases, a seller will spend less on Staging For You services than the first reduction in asking price on their home. Staging is a proven method of raising your chance of selling the house faster and for a better profit than the competition. That, in itself, should be well worth the investment in our services! The industry standard is 1-3% of the asking price.

Can I stage my home myself?
Absolutely! You can choose to hire Staging For You to simply come out and perform our home consultation and leave you with the detailed report of everything that is recommended, to make your home that much more pleasing to the buyer.
